This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of techno-stress research, mapping its intellectual structure, evolution, and emerging trends, with a focus on workplace stressors induced by digital technologies. Utilizing the SPAR-4 SLR (Scientific Procedures and Rationales for Systematic Literature Reviews) protocol, 91 Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed publications up to 2024 are analyzed, marking one of the first structured mappings of techno-stress research. The findings delineate the field's growth trajectory, theoretical foundations, and conceptual landscape, identifying influential authors, journals, articles, countries, institutions, and conceptual clusters shaping the domain. A notable surge in techno-stress scholarship post-2019 is observed, driven by dominant theoretical frameworks such as the Job Demands-Resources model. However, the literature remains disproportionately centered on developed economies, with scant attention to culturally diverse and emerging work contexts. By synthesizing these insights, the paper offers a foundational roadmap for advancing scholarship and designing targeted interventions to mitigate techno-stress in an era of rapid digital transformation. The findings from this study have significant implications for both theoretical advancement and practical application in the field of techno-stress.
